We act as an intermediary between workers seeking temporary employment and construction companies requiring temporary staffing.

3. Use of Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

4. Worker Obligations

If you register with us as a temporary worker, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information regarding your identity, qualifications, and work history.
• Hold and maintain a valid CSCS card (or equivalent) as required for the role.
• Possess valid right-to-work documentation for the United Kingdom.
• Supply your own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) unless otherwise agreed.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and site-specific rules at your place of work.
• Attend work at the agreed times and notify us promptly if you are unable to attend.

5. Client Obligations

If you engage our services as a client, you agree to:

• Provide a safe working environment in compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and all relevant regulations.
• Provide accurate information about the role, including duties, location, duration, and any specific requirements.
• Not engage any worker supplied by us on a permanent basis without our prior written agreement and payment of a transfer fee.
• Pay all invoices in accordance with the agreed payment terms.

6. Fees and Payment

Rates for temporary workers are agreed between us and the client prior to placement. All rates are subject to applicable taxes. Invoices are issued weekly unless otherwise agreed, and payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments at a rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
• Our total liability to any client or worker in connection with our services shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We do not guarantee the suitability, conduct, or performance of any worker, though we take reasonable steps to vet all candidates.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ELITE SITE CONTRACTORS LTD or its licensors and is protected by United Kingdom and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

9. Termination
